    compiled by Bettie Stirling Carothers.  Three splendid records for the Maryland genealogist.  Self-published by the writers.  Presumed First Edition after the original 1776 Census.  Lightly Ex-Library as described below.  No ISBNs.
    Note - the photos you see are of these volumes - no 'Stock Photos'.
    1776 Census of Maryland.  White wraps, spiral bound, 11" x 8 1/2" x 213 clean pages.  Nine counties listed separately plus Index.  Name of the Head of Household (that's how it          was done in those years).  White males, White females, White children, Black males, Black females, Black children, Total taxables (usually 1 - the head of household);
    A series summary guide to the Public Records of Baltimore City, by Patricia Vanorny, January 1977.  11" x 8 1/2" x 18 pages of records available to the genealogist;
    A Guide to the Index Holdings at the Hall of Records for counties in Maryland - Probate, Land, Vital Statistics, Military, Court Records, Federal Census, Naturalizations, Black Records, more.  11" x 8 3/4" x 60 pages of records available for the genealogist.
    From the research (noncirculating) library of the Ohio Genealogical Society.  A 'Donated to' bookplate, Discard-marked, on each, with an OGS handstamp or sticker, marked 'Discard', title page of each.  Roughness were other stickers were cleanly removed.  That's it.  We noted one underlining, 2 lines, Introduction page of the Series Summary Guide.  A spectacular find for the genealogist, historian.  These books never circulated - strictly noncirculating, research volumes.
