    I am offering a Preowned ELM Eco RTI Autosmart Resurfacing Machine,. I know next to nothing about this type of machine.it is being SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES AND NO REFUNDS.  It Powers On and the door opens on command as it should. I punched a button and the machine started at 48 and seemed to start a cycle, but without proper supplies and discs, I cant be sure. THERE IS SOME RUST ON THE BOTTOM panel and one foot is missing. The unit could also use a detailed interior cleaning. The auction includes only the pieces you see in the photos. Look closely at the photos and ask questions. I got this piece from a friend who buys out estate sales and office closings, so I dont know the history. Again, being SOLD AS IS. I will ship via USPS
