  • Condition: Purchased or presented by my father-in-law, this excellent clock has remained in his home for the duration of it's life and is in excellent condition to the best of my knowledge. I have not noted any significant marks or scratches. One of the weights is missing the top clasp so that will have to be replaced and I'd imagine unless you have knowledge on how to set grandfather clocks it may require minor maintenance and cleaning of the mechanism. This is part of a living estate sale.

    GEORGE WASHINGTON MASONIC NATIONAL MEMORIAL GRANDFATHER CLOCK BY HOWARD MILLER
    Howard Miller triple weight long-case clock, Masonic Lodge Edition with Masonic symbols at and above face, pictures of a Masonic ritual and George Washington with a Masonic apron at the moon dial, bust of Washington and George Washington Memorial Masonic Temple in Alexandria, Virginia appear at pendulum, sans finial, 83.25"h, 18.25"w, 11"d. This was a special grandfather clock offered by the George Washington National Masonic Memorial located in Alexandria Va somewhere around 1995 to various masonic fraternal bodies. To my knowledge this model has not been offered since and resales are difficult to find. This Howard Miller Masonic clock is in mint condition. Belonged to my father-in-law who is a mason. It's beautiful and numbered and has a placque on the front that could be removed possibly. Only 9,500 of this clock were produced. It's numbered 1727.
