This machine turns on and functions as it should.  Set the time and it spins for that amount, the push button rubber is missing but still works to start it.
I'm selling it as for parts or repair because it's old.  Probably 20 years old, and I've never actually seen the exact same model where the top lifts off.   I used it along with 3 easypros last year.  I personally ran 2 minute cycles and the only issue I ever ran into is that if your pad is too thick the springs push too hard and it can't spin.  You can take the springs out, use thinner pads, or raise the top lid portion.  Basically you will need to find what works for you.
If you do not have jfj experience I would not recommend buying this.  If you do it can be super nice to run your dual 2 minute compound 2 cycles at the same time you run 1 minute compound 1 cycles on your easypro.
I only needed it temporarily when I was overstocked.  I haven't used it in around a year except to test it today, which is why I'm selling it.
