If you are looking to repair a disc that doesn't work, look elsewhere. I ran 60 non working disc's through the machine multiple times, not one was repaired. I also ran another 40 working disc's through, 20 of them now do not work.
Unit Destroyed My Xbox One Disk

Do Not Purchase. I followed the instructions and this unit Ruined my Xbox One Disc. I called the Mfg. and they said that there was nothing they could do and would not reimburse me for my loss. They said that they unit does not work well on Blue Ray Disc, which is what Xbox One, Playstation3 and 4 uses. The instructions do not state not to use the White Polishing Compound. This completely ate away the the coating an all media on the disk.
No warranty

It worked great until 4 plastic pivots holding the disc plate cracked. Two emails and one voicemail to the company about warranty service got no response.

The machine seemed to work relatively well. It took some patience to figure out, but the repairs were really nice. Once evening, however, I opened the unit to find that the "arm" that held the DVD against the pad had broken completely. (No accidents, etc.) To make matters worse, JFJ never responded to my inquiries about repairing the unit. I am now forced file a claim through SquareTrade. Seems like a great machine, but the lack of customer service would probably keep me from buying from this company again.

I like how it takes the scratches right off any disk. The only thing I did not like about it was, I was sent paper towels to wipe the disks instead of the blue microfiber clothes pictured in the images. The paper towels scratch the disk after you buff them. I would be much happier if I was sent the two blue microfiber clothes that were supposed to be with the item I purchased. If I receiver everything I was supposed to get it would be a five star rating from me. But, since I did not receive what I was supposed to get I rate it at three stars.

Works great but no way you are going to get 250 cleaning out of what they give you. Especially if you do any deep cleaning.

The Package came when promised, and with extra cleaning supplies, and disks. Costs about 7 dollars to clean a disk at other stores, but, with this system, you can clean your own. From the youtube review I watched, it said to use microfiber towel to polish the disk when the cleaning process was completed. Great price, costs much more elsewhere, and they do not provide the extra cleaning and disc supplies.
