The ProX XS-10R18W 16 Unit vertical amplifier rack case is the perfect storage solution for convenient security for a wide variety of amplifiers, pro DJ mixers, effects and any other standard 19" rack-mountable pro audio/DJ/Network gear with an 18" Rail-to-Rail depth.  Each rack unit is 1.75" so 10 x 1.75" = 17.5" Height inside the case. Built with a heavy-duty construction design and dual mounting rails your equipment won't dislodge or slip, and strain on the rack ears will be minimized. The XS-10R18W case is assembled with thicker 3/8" plywood for premium protection. In addition to the heavy-duty design and convenient features of the XS-10R18W, this case gives you a stylish, durable, and dependable product that will last a lifetime.  These professional-grade products also include external spring-loaded handles and butterfly twist latches and padlock ready for added security.  The durable, professional-grade casters make this case easy to move when fully loaded. This ProX ATA 300 Style Flight Case is manufactured with the Honeycomb Digital™ laminated surface design on 3/8” plywood. Made with the super-sleek look of Honeycomb Digital™ hexagon grids on all shell surfaces, which gives the cases an almost alien look! Also as opposed to regular laminated plywood cases from other manufacturers, the ProX Honeycomb Digital™ design helps prevent minor to mild scratches. The Honeycomb Digital™ line design was inspired in 2009 by the design of New York City Street Manhole covers which are made to handle rough and tough everyday punishment.
This ProX XS-10R18W is an easy to assemble 10 Space vertical amplifier rack case.  It is shipped partially assembled in a flat package in order to lower costs to our customers.  With just hand tools you can assemble this case quickly and easily following the included instructions. Everything is included!

At Audiosavings, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction and therefore offer free return shipping within 30 days of purchase on all items returned to us within the continental USA.
Prior to returning merchandise, contact us and we will give you a return authorization # and a return label.
You may return this item for a refund within 30 DAYS of purchase.
Warranty Repair/Exchange Period: LIMITED LIFETIME
If your item is defective or you want to return it for any reason within the first 30 days of when it was delivered to you; you have the following options:
We will send you a
pre-paid shipping label
to replace the item for a brand new one.

to exchange the item for another item of your choice. If the item you chose is more or less money we will work out the price difference with you.
If you are returning a
working item
in used condition for a refund there will be a 20% used item fee deducted from your refund. All replacements and exchanges are free.
Replacement/Processing Time:
Your replacement or refund will process within 3-5 business days of when we receive the item.
Please note
items with physical damage un-related to shipping are not covered under warranty. Registered software cannot be returned.

MUST notify us within 48 hours
if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping.
Process for returning items
Please email us with your eBay user ID, Item code / model #, Condition of the item, and the reason for your return. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement, an exchange, or a refund. We will supply you with a reference number (RMA #) to put on the package which will ensure quick processing of your return.
All returns require a RMA# to be returned back to our facility.
