Description

This device is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Comes with a power supply and an operator's set-up and instruction manual but I believe it will need hoses and connectors to be complete for set-up. I believe any tool could be used for calibration. Guaranteed not to be DOA! Once the cover is open you can see a Nitric Oxide, Nitrogen Dioxide and O2 % digital displays with adjustable settings for Highs and lows. There is a calibration adjustment for each of these gases and an adjustment setting for Nitric Oxide. Both the Nitric Oxide and the Nitrogen Dioxide have alarms which will notify the user of a devient from the pre-adjusted setting. There is also a visual alarm to prompt you to check the sample line. Next to the alarm silence button is a zero button. There are ports on the front of the base for Nitric Oxide High Pressure Inlet, Analysis Sample Inlet, and a Nitric Oxide Delivery Outlet. On the rear of the device is a bracket for bedside mounting. The AeroNOx is intended to provide a constant controlled concentration of nitric oxide in breathing gas by delivering a constant controlled flow of nitric oxide into the inspiratory limb of a mechanical ventilator that operates using a continuous constant flow of fresh gas into the inspiratory limb of the ventilator. The AeroNOx is also intended to be used with a flow inflating manual ventilator (an AeroNOx accessory), by introducing controlled flows of nitric oxide into the fresh gas flow to the manual ventilator. It is also intended to monitor nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, and oxygen concentrations in the breathing gas. The AeroNOx is intended to be used within a hospital or during air or ground transport outside the hospital.
Condition & Testing
This device is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with minimal signs of wear from previous use. Minor scratching to the face plate of the cover but very superficial. When plugged in you can feel the motor or device kick in. Pressed the power button and the version of software is desplayed while it runs self-tests. Audible and visual alarm indicating no Nitric Oxide hooked up. The digital displays then read the measure of the indicated gases. Cover lock opens and closes perfectly. Runs fairly quiet and power supply and cord are good. Manual is a disc.
