Cosmetic Condition
This item is in fair cosmetic condition overall. It has
minor cosmetic wear, including scuffs and scratches,
from normal use. However, there are no
significant
scuff marks or scratches on the item.
This item seems to be missing some parts.
Testing
This item was plugged in and powered on. The motor started to spin the pulley on the top of the titration assembly,
however the round belt that is supposed to be around the pulley is missing. We did not test this item any further.
