    Description

Rare Lime Cola Bottling Company 1921 Stock Certificate - before Coca Cola Lime. Shipped with USPS First Class.
This is a rare piece of Lime Cola memorabilia.  This cert is unissued, and you would receive one of the certificates numbered somewhere between #20 and #50.  I own the book of original stock certificates, and other than around 10 or so that were issued, or otherwise removed from the book, these are most likely the only remaining certs from this company left in the world.
    History
:  Lime Cola was a brand that began around 1915 in Alabama, and includes a rich history, such as investments from Bing Crosby and Bob Hope, before filing for reorganization in March of 1948.  At one point, there were franchises located in as many as 27 states, and the Republic of Mexico.  These certificates have never been issued.  There is slight discoloration on the upper right edge on the certificate that looks to be age-related or slight water stain.  Otherwise, these are like new and are 100% original and authentic.   One of the pics shows a Lime Cola advertisement (not included) from an Alabama newspaper, which ran in the early 1920's.
It's a must have for collectors of old, vintage stock certificates - aficionados of soda company memorabilia - or really anyone interested in unique, historical items.
