    This is an early specimen vertical bond certificate from the State of Delaware.
    It was printed by The Northern Bank Note Company, Chicago, and has a vignette of an eagle at the top. It is in clean condition with the original, even folds. Dated 1975.
    It measures about 19" x 13.5" including the coupons to the right.
