    printed
    photo postcard titled:
    Bird's Eye View of Towner, North Dakota.
    This postcard is approximately 5 7/16" by 3 1/2" in size. This postcard has been postal used and has a postmark of what I can read: SEP 5, 1909, TR 8, 2 ND.DIV. This postcard is in fair shape with minor wear & bumps but has a stain on the front as well as the back. Look at the attached photo's, grade it for yourself, as my photos always depict the actual item you are buying! My return policy is: (1) Item maybe returned if the item is not the item listed in this auction. (2) Not in the condition or better then stated in the listing. I post feedback right after I receive payment, I don't hold the buyer hostage and make them post feedback before I add my feedback. I believe you have filled your part of the contract of this sale by paying on time, so I should fill my contract with you on time as well.
