There is a description on card back but it is mostly covered up with scrapbook paper from when it must have been pasted or glued into a scrapbook at one time then peeled free. It's an airplane that has painted? on it "North Dakota's Cavalier County Blizzard". Maybe you will know the story behind this plane? Card has wear due to age and handling such as roughness/creasing/peeling around edges, other creases, browning, staining and smudging. Picture is grainy looking.
