Vintage Robotron RT-2 WITH BLASTER Walking Robot by New Bright Unused in Box

Here is a rare Battery Operated ROBOTRON RT-2 which comes in its original box with original styrofoam.

I tested it with my batteries. I don't think they are all working.  The eyes lit up.  There was no motion.  There are no instructions.  Box is in good condition with some tears on lid. Made in Hong Kong.  He is large - box measures about 18" tall. As you can see in pictures, the red belt isn't attached on one side. Not sure how it attaches.
